PEARL RIVER EXEC EARNS TOP IT HONORS

Superior Technology Solutions President John Luludis was named a 2015 Top IT Pro by the Philadelphia Business Journal. Luludis was honored at an awards ceremony on Tuesday, April 21 at The Sonesta Hotel in Philadelphia.

Through their annual program, the Philadelphia Business Journal is “recognizing those leaders whose roles have evolved from miners of communication systems and computers to indispensable strategic advisors and operations experts. These leaders have their head in the cloud, are social, and constantly innovate to capture competitive advantage. They also defend against cyber security issues to protect both the company and its customers.”

Prior to cofounding Superior Technology Solutions in Pearl River, December 2009, Luludis enjoyed a successful career working in information technology for several of the world’s largest companies. As the senior vice president of global shipping provider DHL, Luludis was responsible for the management of all technology in the Logistics Division and its several hundred employees. Prior to its purchase by DHL, John worked with AEI (Air Express International), who named him chief technology officer in 1999.

Prior to AEI, Luludis served as the director of IT Operations for both the Car and Truck Companies at Volvo. During his 16-year tenure, Luludis created the company’s first Dealer Systems that enabled dealers to order parts, locate and retail vehicles, and execute warranty transactions in a timely manner. Luludis also led the development of Volvo’s vehicle distribution system, parts distribution system, warranty system and vehicle diagnostics system.
