On Thanksgiving most people are focusing on cutting the turkey. Unfortunately for 20-year-old Alonzo Loaiza of Hillburn, he had to contend with a gang of four men focused on cutting HIM. Loaiza was stabbed in the stomach twice in a fight that took place near Brook and 7th St.
Fortunately he survived. The Town of Ramapo Police Department investigated and arrested three men. This week they added a fourth, 23-year-old Rashaan Bowens, also of Hillburn.
So far the following four subjects  have been arrested:
Peter Bowens (age-22) of 125A 6th St. Hillburn, NY
Rashaan Bowens (age-23) of 35 6th  St. Hillburn, NY
Frank Delorenzo (age-24) of 31 Wilshire Dr. Chestnut Ridge, NY
Anthony Hardy (age-21) of 136 6th St. Hillburn, NY
The four subjects were charged with the following:
Attempted Murder in the Second Degree (Class A Felony)
Gang Assault in the First Degree (Class B Felony)
Assault in the First Degree (Class B Felony)
All subjects were arraigned and remanded to the Rockland County Jail. Police say the investigation is continuing.
