He went from mad at his girl to mad at the cops.
On May 28, 2012, at approximately 8:50 p.m., the Clarkstown Police received a 911 call from the residence of 6 Georgetown Oval in New City regarding a domestic dispute. While at the scene, officers encountered a resident, Craig DiBianco, 36 years of age, who they say was highly intoxicated. DiBianco voluntarily agreed to be transported to the hospital for a medical evaluation and was placed in the rear of a marked patrol vehicle.
During the transport to the hospital, however, officers say DiBianco became agitated and kicked out the rear driver side and passenger side windows of the patrol vehicle. DiBianco was placed under arrest and he began to struggle with the officers. During the struggle DiBianco bit one officer on the hand.
The officer was uninjured. DiBianco was subsequently restrained and placed in the rear of another marked patrol vehicle at which time he kicked out the rear passenger side window and was eventually transported to the Clarkstown Police Headquarters where he was charged with Criminal Mischief 2nd (felony) for causing over $1,500 worth of damage, resisting arrest (misdemeanor), and harassment (violation).
He was arraigned in the Clarkstown Justice Court before Judge Gerber and $15,000 cash bail was set.
