On July 29, Yard House will open its newest location bringing the restaurant’s upscale-casual menu of American dishes and diverse beer offerings to West Nyack. This will mark Yard House’s second location in New York and its 40th restaurant across the country.
Job seekers are invited to apply in person from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Saturday at the Yard House Hiring Center, located next to the ice rink in the Alder Community Room on Level 4 of the mall, at 1000 Palisades Center Drive, West Nyack, NY. Hiring will take place through July 7, 2012.

The eclectic menu, created by Chef/Partner Carlito Jocson, features more than 100 items. His signature dishes include Kung Pao Calamari, Street Tacos, (Mac+Cheese)2, Salted Butterscotch Pudding and more. Chef Jocson, a Filipino-American, has received high praise from guests by pairing classic dishes with globally-inspired flavors.
The restaurant will feature a glass-enclosed keg room housing suds from some of the best local breweries and finest imports alike. The brews are transported to the center-island oval bar via an intricate network of tubing reaching an ample offering of 180 taps of beer. The restaurant will also have a Chalkboard Beer Series, which features a selection of small, limited releases from mostly local craft brewers that rotate frequently keeping the selection both innovative and fresh. These featured beers are listed on a digital chalkboard prominently displayed above the island bar.
The West Nyack Yard House will also have its own distinct entrance from the mall parking lot allowing easy access for a quick lunch break or busy weeknight dinner. Yard House will be open daily for lunch, dinner and late-night dining.
