Former Yankees Hurler Tommy John to Hold Suicide Prevention Benefit in Rockland County

A red carpet event will be held at the Montebello Mansion August 8, 2012, sponsored by Gary Goldberg Financial Services on behalf of Tommy John’s son Taylor John who lost his life in 2010. All proceeds will go to the American Foundation of Suicide Prevention under “Team Taylor.”

“Let’s help Tommy John Strike out Suicide, Create Awareness and Save Lives…especially those of our children,” says Elisa Taylor (no association with Team Taylor) of Vision Tech, a key organizer of the event.

The event will feature a silent auction, live music, Rockland County’s top chefs, autograph and pictures with Tommy John, and open bar and top political figures from Rockland, Orange and Westchester.
