Schmitt on Ballot

District 99 (Town of Stony Point and parts of Orange County) NYS Assembly candidate Colin Schmitt announced he has secured placement on the ballot for the Republican Primary ballot for Thursday, September 13, 2012. He is running against party-endorsed Goshen Mayor Kyle Roddey and write-in candidate Mark Levy.

Schmitt has also forced an opportunity to ballot against Roddey on the Conservative Party Line. Conservative Party members and campaign volunteers collected enough signatures to allow a write-in of “Colin J. Schmitt” on the ballot. This opportunity to ballot primary will be held on the same day, Thursday, September 13.
