Former Yankees Hurler Tommy John to Hold Suicide Prevention Benefit in Rockland County

A red carpet event will be held at the Montebello Mansion September 18, 2012, sponsored by Gary Goldberg Financial Services on behalf of Tommy John’s son Taylor John who lost his life in 2010. All proceeds will go to the American Foundation of Suicide Prevention under “Team Taylor.”

“Let’s help Tommy John Strike out Suicide, Create Awareness and Save Lives…especially those of our children,” says Elisa Taylor (no association with Team Taylor) of Vision Tech, a key organizer of the event.

The event will feature a silent auction, live music, food from seven of Rockland County’s top chefs, autograph and pictures with Tommy John, an open bar and visits from top political figures from Rockland, Orange and Westchester.
