-The Hudson Lyric Opera goes to Broadway! The Opera Company will feature songs from Broadway including Phantom Of The Opera, Kismet, My Fair Lady. –  Auditions for “The Masked Ball” by Giuseppi Verdi are being scheduled by the Hudson Lyric Opera Company. They are looking for a soprano (Amelia) and other parts including baritones (Tom, Samuel  and Silvano, The Chief Magistrate). Also all voice parts needed for the chorus. Performance dates are 7:30 p.m. on Saturdays, November 3, 10 and 17 and 3 p.m. on Sundays, November 4, 11 and 18 at Trinity United Methodist Church on Main Street in Stony Point.
