New York’s Board of Elections Keystone Cops place conservative Morganthaler’s name on Socialist line 

The New York State Board of Elections placed conservative Frank Morganthaler’s name on the “Socialism and Liberation” line on absentee ballots that were mailed to thousands of voters in the 17th District.

“My entire campaign has been based on preserving our Constitution and protecting our First and Second Amendment freedoms. The board’s action in this matter was intentional, based on a continuing pattern of decisions that the Board has made related to my attempt to run for this elected office,” Morganthaler stated.
