TRIO CHARGED WITH CRIMINAL POSSESSION OF STOLEN PROPERTY

Victor Delacruse, age 24, of Yonkers, NY, Angel Castillo, age 32, of Yonkers, NY, and Edward Negrin, age 31, of Brooklyn, NY, were arrested in Suffern for criminal possession of stolen property, a misdemeanor. The property allegedly stolen was used cooking oil taken from commercial locations and commonly re-used for biodiesel fuel. Estimated value of stolen property was $450. Castillo and Delacruse were also charged with disorderly conduct. Negrin was also charged with unlawful possession of marijuana. Suffern Police Department is conducting further investigation into the actual larceny of the property.
