The Rockland County Times has been told by Washington D.C.-area sources that Gannett CEO Gracia Martore has hired armed security for her home in Great Falls, Virginia due to the negative fallout following publication of an interactive gun-map by Gannett-owned newspaper the Journal News.
The Rockland County Times has not received photographic evidence and is offering a $50 reward to anyone who can send us a photo of armed security in front of Martore’s mansion atย 728 Springvale Rd., Great Falls, VA 22066. Please e-mail the photo to editor@rocklandtimes.com.
Martore’s husband is Joseph Martore, a major DC-area government contractor.
