Pearl River High School celebrates the 75th anniversary of the most produced play in American dramatic literature, Thornton Wilder’s “Our Town.” Performances are on February 8 & 9, 2013 at 7 p.m. The show will be performed at the Pearl River High School Auditorium. “Our Town” was first produced and published in 1938 and won a Pulitzer Prize for Wilder that same year. The cast includes Declan Kelly (Stage Manager), Dominique Carrieri (Emily Webb) and Tom Kinnally (George Gibbs).
Tickets are $10 and are available at the door. Senior citizens with a PRSD Gold Card are admitted free of charge. Pearl River High School is located at 275 East Central Avenue in Pearl River. Take the first entrance off of East Central Avenue and drive around the building to the flagpole parking lot. Both the main office and auditorium entrance are near the flagpole.
