Unattended Death

On February 13, 2013 at approximately 2:35 p.m. the Clarkstown Police Department responded to 3 Central Avenue, Congers for a medical emergency.

Upon arrival, Kevin Mann, 27, was found unresponsive. He was pronounced dead at the scene.  The Rockland County Medical Examiner’s Office responded and removed the body. The cause of death is under investigation but does not appear to involve foul play. Toxicology results are pending.
