The National Weather Service is forecasting 2 to 5 inches of snow and wintry mix for Rockland County beginning around 4 p.m. today (March 18), possibly followed by a period of all-ice, before turning to all-rain overnight. A Winter Storm Warning is in effect from 4 p.m. Monday until 10 a.m. Tuesday.
