ROCKLAND COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE:

FAILURE TO PAY CHILD SUPPORT
Ladreal Cheek, age 36, of Valley Cottage, NY, was arrested for failure to pay child support. The defendant was arrested on outstanding Family Court warrant issued on December 4, 2012 by Rockland County Family Court Judge Eisenpress. The defendant was brought before Judge Eisenpress to answer for arrears of $2,541.13 owed to a private petitioner. Subject was released to return at a later date.

BURGLARY
Philipp Defay, age 22, of Suffern, NY, was arrested for burglary. He was arrested on an arrest warrant issued out of Rockland County Court.

AUO & TRAFFIC VIOLATIONS
Yehuda Taibe, age 25 of Brooklyn, NY, was arrested for aggravated unlicensed operation, a stop/stand/park violation and a traffic device violation. The defendant was arrested on an arrest warrant issued out of Ramapo Justice Court. The defendant was arraigned in front of Judge Simon and released upon payment of charges.
