AGGRAVATED UNLICENSED OPERATION
Francisco A. Almonte, age 25, residing at 24 First St. Apt. C., Haverstraw, NY, was arrested on April 2, 2013 for aggravated unlicensed operation in the third degree. The defendant was arrested after a vehicle and traffic stop determined that he was operating a motor vehicle while his New York State driver’s license was suspended twice for failing to answer a summons. The defendant was arrested, processed, issued numerous traffic tickets returnable May 2, 2013 at 9 a.m. and released.

AGGRAVATED UNLICENSED OPERATION
Thomas Russo, age 30, residing at 28 Ten Eyck St., Stony Point, NY, was arrested on April 3, 2013 for aggravated unlicensed operation in the third degree and failure to surrender suspended New York State driver’s license. The defendant was arrested after a vehicle and traffic stop determined that he was operating a motor vehicle while his New York State driver’s license was suspended once for administrative action by the New York DMV. The defendant was arrested, processed, issued numerous traffic tickets returnable May 2, 2013 at 1:30 p.m. and released.

SEXUAL CONDUCT & ENDANGERING THE WELFARE OF A CHILD
Nelson Llivisupa, age 38, of Haverstraw, NY, was arrested for course of sexual conduct against child in the first degree and endangering the welfare of a child. The defendant was arrested on a warrant out of Rockland County Court. He is lodged in Rockland County Jail awaiting arraignment. He was due back in court on April 8, 2013.
