A striking 3-year-old taffy and white medium sized Staffy mix, Mellow has some taffy colored spots which perhaps could come from a type of Spaniel breed. She is somewhat nervous but willing to trust the humans that she’s meeting at the shelter. She was surrendered because her owner simply no longer wanted her. Let their loss be your gain. Mellow is a truly lovable dog who happily gives her paw. She is totally content sitting at your feet getting pets and tickles. Three volunteers gathered around her petting her and giving her some much needed attention. She accepted the attention easily while sitting calmly next to the cat cage. Interested in the cat, she exhibited no aggression. Being exposed to many different people, Mellow is beginning to realize that humans can be a source of good things.
