The potential for the following exists:
– Freshwater flooding Thursday through Friday
– Urban flooding of poor drainage and low-lying areas
– Small stream flooding
– River flooding with possible minor coastal flooding during Thursday evening’s high tides
– Surges up to 2 feet
– Scattered downed tree limbs, power lines, and whole trees
– Develops after 3 a.m. Thu from west to east
– Heaviest rain: 2 p.m. Thu – 2 a.m. Fri
– Maximum hourly rates: 1-2 Inches
– Widespread rain ends: Fri 5 a.m. west/2 PM east
