FYI, the Hillcrest building is disgusting! No one will ever lease it. Mold, No AC. It’s really just a PR move for the parents-AGAIN. People in Rockland love kicking Hasids out of buildings, it’s a sort of justice they seek for all the overgrown buildings they build.
