PERVERT SENT AWAY

Wilder Menendez Perez, Age 22, residing at 17 Washington Street, Spring Valley, NY, was sentenced July 16, 2013, before Rockland County Court Judge William K. Nelson to a state prison term of 4 years and 2 years post release supervision after pleading guilty to Assault in the 2nd Degree. District Attorney, Thomas P. Zugibe stated that on or about and between November 23 and November 24, 2012, the defendant physically abused a two (2) year old child known to him while he was caring for her. The child suffered bites and bruises about her body and was strangled. The child also ingested alcohol while in the defendant’s care and as a result had a high blood alcohol content upon arriving at the hospital.
