Dedication and Blessing of All-New Good Sam Ambulatory Surgery Center

SUFFERN, N.Y. (July 22, 2013) – Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center is hosting a dedication and blessing of its new Ambulatory Surgery Center today, Thursday, August 1. The center opens for business on August 12.

The center is a state-of-the-art facility featuring four operating suites and beautifully designed private rooms for pre-op and recovery. The center will improve access to surgical staff that can perform a broad range of same-day surgical procedures. Patients will have access to an elevated level of same-day surgical treatment in a space designed to maximize comfort and quality.

Administrators boast that the facility is patient- and family-centered with efficient and streamlined processes, a spacious waiting lounge, and plenty of free parking just outside the entrance.

The Ambulatory Surgery Center is in the Suffern Medical Pavilion, conveniently located adjacent to Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center at 257 Lafayette Avenue (Route 59) in Suffern, NY 10901.

Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center invites the public to attend the event from 1 – 3 p.m. A sneak peak and tour of the new Ambulatory Surgery Center will be offered. A dedication and blessing will take place at 1:30 p.m.
