The Westchester/Hudson Valley Chapter of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) will hold its Mid-Hudson Valley Light The Night® evening fundraising Walk on Sunday, October 20 at Provident Bank Park in Pomona. Festivities begin at 5 p.m. and the Walk begins at 7 p.m. The event also includes food, family activities, entertainment, and a fireworks show. More than 1,500 walkers are expected. Participants raise money to support blood cancer research and provide support services for patients and their families.
