Another Year, Another Giant Pumpkin Grows in Sloatsburg

It’s been a tough year for growing pumpkins in Sloatburg for the award-winning Uline family. Patriarch Brian Uline explains, “It was a weird season weather wise. The tomatoes did well, though.”

Nonetheless, this year the Ulines grew two 200-250 lb. pumpkins and two 150 lb. pumpkins. Daughter Samantha, 16, is sitting on top of the 250 lb. pumpkin.
