One Year has Passed Since Tammy Palmer’s Murder

A full year has passed since then 39-year-old Tammy Palmer was murdered in her dwelling on Willow Grove Rd. and the whereabouts of accused killer, her father-in-law Eugene Palmer, remain unknown.

Family marked the occasion this week solemnly. Some believe Eugene is still alive, while others believe he has perished.

Family sources said Eugene’s son John, Tammy’s husband, has moved back into the home where she was slain, while their children remain in the primary custody of Tammy’s parents. Eugene owned property with several dwellings on it, and was angry at Tammy because she had his son evicted via an order of protection.
