At the monthly meeting of the Orange County Democratic Committee, Krystal Serrano officially announced her candidacy for the 98th Assembly District seat vacated by Annie Rabbitt when she was inaugurated as Orange County clerk. Serrano has a background in economic development, job creation, and managed healthcare.

    Does anyone have a website link for Krystal Serrano’s campaign? I’d like to find out more about her. I’ve found Karl Brabenec‘s campaign site at http://www.brabenec.org – would like to review both.
