First Ever Meals on Wheels Flea Market on Saturday

On Satruday, February 22, Meals on Wheels of Rockland County will hold their first annual Flea Market at the Clarkstown/Pearl River Senior Center, adjacent to the Main Meals on Wheels headquarters at 121 West Nyack Road in Nanuet.

Typical flea market items will be available from 9:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. and many vendors are open to negotiating prices. Plenty of parking is available.

All proceeds will go to continuing the ongoing daily meal deliveries for those homebound and unable to fend for themselves. Meals on Wheels delivers meals for both long-term and short-term needs. Meals on Wheels also runs Senior Day Care Centers in all of Rockland County’s towns.

Funding is primarily through donations and events such as this.
