RAMAPO DWI SWEEP YIELDS THREE ARRESTS

Ramapo Police Department, in conjunction with numerous other Rockland County law enforcement agencies, conducted a ‘Crackdown’ Stop-DWI detail during the period leading up to and including St. Patrick’s Day. The detail was coordinated by the Rockland County Stop-DWI Office.

Ramapo Police arrested 30 year old Jackenton Lavalasse, from New City, for DWAI Drugs and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana. Additional arrests were made for driving with a suspended license (suspension related to a prior DWI related arrest) and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana.
