DALY EARNS HIS WINGS

Troop #97 Eagle Scout Court of Honor for Daniel “Noah” Daly held at the Congers Recreation Center. This was the 35th Eagle Scout to come out of this troop, an amazing feat that all scouts, scout leaders and families can take great pride in. County Executive Ed Day was joined by Clarkstown Police Chief Michael Sullivan to honor Noah. The rank of Eagle is a distinction earned by only 4 percent of all boy scouts nationwide.
