SHERIFF’S K-9 DOGS TO LEAD AMERICAN CANCER SOCIETY BARK FOR LIFE WALK

K9bandaidersOn Sunday, April 27, 10 a.m., the American Cancer Society will hold its annual Bark for Life Fundraiser Walk at Bear Mountain State Park in Stony Point. The walk will be led by the Rockland County Sheriff’s K-9s, along with therapy dogs that work with cancer patients. These therapy dogs are part of “The Good Dog Foundation” and the “K-Nine Band-aiders” who regularly visits cancer patients in their homes and at hospitals.
