Emerenciano DeFrank, 30-years-old, resident of Georgian Dr. in Stony Point, was charged Monday with criminal contempt in the second degree (two counts) and harassment in the second degree.
Stony Point Police said the defendant harassed an ex-girlfriend, violating an Order of Protection. The defendant was arrested, processed and remanded to the Rockland County Correctional Facility in lieu of $3,000 cash bail. He is due back in the Stony Point Justice Court on May 20.
On Saturday, Stony Point Police arrested Colleen E. Kane, a 34-year-old woman with no permanent address, on several charges including possession of heroin, marihuana and endangering the welfare of a child.
Police said Kane at the time of her arrest, police said the defendant was in possession of 1.1 grams of heroin, 16.1 grams of marihuana, glassine envelopes and numerous other drug related paraphernalia.
The police found she also had bench warrants against her for several other charges including endangering the welfare of a child. The defendant was arrested, processed and issued an appearance ticket returnable June 19. She was then turned over to the Rockland County Sheriff’s Patrol Division to answer the warrant charges.
She had been staying at the Stony Point Motel at the time of her arrest. The complete list of charges against her include:

– Criminal possession hypodermic instrument

– Resisting arrest (bench warrant)
