New York Knicks president Phil Jackson has spoken at length about the possibility of OKC Thunder guard Derek Fisher taking on the role of Knicks coach once he takes the steps toward retirement this offseason.

In response, the NBA has hit Jackson with a $25,000 tampering fine, ESPN’s Marc Stein reports.
