Upper Nyack Law Firm Accepts Bitcoins as Payment for Services

UPPER NYACK — An Upper Nyack law and business consulting firm is offering its clients a new way to pay for services – with Bitcoins.

“Digital currencies are here to stay,” said Nat Wasserstein of NS Wasserstein & Associates on North Broadway in Upper Nyack. “Not only that, but they’re set to play a big part of commerce going forward not only in the online world, but in the real world as well.”

Bitcoins are digital currency that don’t have physical form, but that has been adopted by many businesses and Internet-savvy individuals around the world. A many as 75,000 companies now authorize the use of Bitcoins as a payment method, including Virgin Galactic, Overstock.com, eBay, electric car manufacturer Tesla and PayPal.
