Rockland County children’s author, Donna McDine’s latest children’s book, “A Sandy Grave,” has been awarded the Story Monster Approval Award, which recognizes accomplished authors in the field of children’s literature. In addition, A Sandy Grave has achieved the Beach Book Festival 2014 Honorable Mention Award. McDine attended the Beach Book Festival Awards ceremony, June 20, 2014 at The Grolier Club in New York City.
