The Congers/Valley Cottage Rotary dedicated a bird house and Ira Wickes Arborist donated a dogwood tree in honor of Rudy Damonti, the deceased former chairman of the Clarkstown Park and Recreation Commission. Damonti was especially helpful with the Conger/Valley Cottage Rotary Italian Festival held annually and Congers Station Park. Rudy’s family was on hand for the dedication.
