UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA
Daphnee Riche, age 30, residing at 9 Dunlop Dr., Spring Valley, NY, was arrested on August 19, 2014 for unlawful possession of marijuana. The defendant was arrested after a traffic stop revealed she was in possession of 1.0 gram of marijuana. The defendant was arrested, processed and released on an appearance ticket.

OPERATING A MOTOR VEHICLE WITH A SUSPENDED REGISTRATION
Jeremiah Griffin, age 23, residing at 35 Main St. Garnerville, NY, was arrested on August 19, 2014 for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration. The defendant was arrested after a vehicle and traffic stop revealed the defendant was operating a motor vehicle while the registration was suspended for an insurance lapse. The defendant was arrested, processed and released on several traffic tickets returnable on September 23, 2014 at 1:30 p.m.

TRESPASS
Carolyn Porpiglia, age 22, residing at 414 White Oak Rd. Palisades, NY, and Bryan Mitkowski, age 20, residing at 19 Lowe Ln. Orangeburg, NY, were arrested on August 15, 2014 for trespass. The defendants were arrested after they were observed on the Tilcon Property without permission or authority. The defendants were arrested, processed and released on an appearance ticket.

AGGRAVATED UNLICENSED OPERATION
Tanya Dubidath, age 25, residing at 20 Prospect Place, Tomkins Cove, NY, was arrested on August 14, 2014 for aggravated unlicensed operation in the third degree. The defendant was arrested after a vehicle and traffic stop revealed the defendant was operating a motor vehicle while her NYS Driver’s License was suspended four times for failure to answer a summons. The defendant was arrested, processed and released on several traffic tickets returnable on September 9, 2014 at 9 a.m. after posting $100 cash bail.

AGGRAVATED UNLICENSED OPERATION
Imilsy Torres, age 22, residing at 92 West Railroad Ave., Garnerville, NY, was arrested on August 11, 2014 for aggravated unlicensed operation in the third degree. The defendant was arrested after he turned himself in on an active arrest warrant for listed charge. The defendant was arrested, processed, arraigned and released on an appearance ticket returnable on September 9, 2014 at 9 a.m. after posting $40 cash bail.
