P.F. CHANG’S SET TO OPEN AT THE SHOPS AT NANUET

P.F. Chang’s China Bistro will make its entry to the Rockland County restaurant scene on August 25 when it opens at Simon’s The Shops at Nanuet, it was announced this week. P.F. Chang’s boasts a combination of Chinese cuisine, wine, and tempting desserts all served in a stylish, high-energy bistro.

“We are pleased to welcome P.F. Chang’s China Bistro to our increasingly popular retail lineup,” said Ryan Hidalgo, mall manager for The Shops at Nanuet. “We expect P.F Chang’s will be well-received by the surrounding community and beyond and that its stylish, comfortable and upbeat atmosphere will further add to the great shopping, dining and entertainment found here in our open-air environment.”

The 7,430 square foot restaurant has seating for about 200 guests who will be greeted by two majestic 11-foot tall horses, which symbolize the original Forbidden City in China, built for China’s first emperor Qin Shi Huangdi. The restaurant is located directly off The Shops at Nanuet’s main entrance off Route 59 at the start of Fashion Drive and next to Starbucks.
