Spook Rock Pool – on Spook Rock Rd. in Suffern, New York from 12 noon until 3:30 p.m. All participating dogs must be accompanied by an owner who is at least 18 years of age. Written proof of current vaccinations is required, and all dogs must be on a leash at all times when not in the pool. Town residents are being asked to donate $5 per dog and nonresidents, $10. Local veterinarian Dr. Lawrence Ness from the Airmont Animal Hospital will be onsite. All proceeds from this event will go to the Hudson Valley Humane Society, Hi-Tor Animal Care Center and the Doggone Safe Program. Bring your pooch for some fun on September 7.
