Big Job Fair Wednesday at Palisades Center Mall

Palisades Center invites all interested candidates to attend their job fair taking place on Wednesday, October 8 from 4 – 7 p.m. The event will be located on the first level in the East Court common area (near Lord & Taylor). Representatives from over thirty businesses at Palisades Center will be at the event and are excited to meet potential new hires.

Palisades Center is also looking for holiday help at their Guest Services desk. Available positions throughout the mall range from seasonal part-time associates to full-time management employees.

“Our merchants are looking to hire qualified candidates in time for the busy holiday shopping season,” explains Natalie Tronolone, Marketing Director for Palisades Center. “We encourage candidates to dress in business casual attire, bring several copies of their resumes, and be ready to meet with Store and District Managers on the spot.”

In addition to Palisades Center opportunities, the New York State Department of Labor has reserved a booth at the job fair to promote their Jobs Express website, where businesses can list open positions at no cost and job-seekers can search for opportunities by region (over 100,000 jobs have been posted to-date). Representatives from the Department of Labor will be on-site during the event and also on October 9 & 10 from 10 a.m. – 5 p.m.
