Is it green or red? The new, confusing traffic light at Gurnee Ave. and Rt. 202

A traffic light was recently installed at the cross-section of Gurnee Ave. and Rt. 202. The light is not universally approved of by locals and due to the angle causes both red and green lights to be seen simultaneously on at least two of three sides of the light.
