It’s all about the jacket: Similar to golf’s green jacket for the winner of the Master’s Tourney; High school cheerleading has a black jacket for its national champion. At the beginning of each season, hundreds of thousands of cheerleaders across the country dream of wearing the black jacket. This year, North Rockland’s team has the honor.
