At the Haverstraw Town Board meeting on Monday night, Supervisor Howard T. Phillips, Jr. and the Haverstraw Town Board recognized two police officers on their promotions. The two police officers who were promoted are George Lutz who was promoted to detective sergeant and Steven Rosado who was promoted to detective. The supervisor and board congratulated both individuals on their promotions and this career milestone.
