PETIT LARCENY & CRIMINAL POSSESSION OF STOLEN PROPERTY
Nicole A. Munderville, age 32, residing at 2080 21^st Street, Astoria, NY, was arrested on June 24, 2015 for petit larceny and criminal possession of stolen property in the fifth degree. Stony Point Police arrested the defendant after she turned herself in on an active warrant for stated charges. The defendant was arrested, processed and released on an appearance ticket returnable July 10, 2015 at 9 a.m. after posting $500 cash bail.

DWI
James P. Fagan, age 25, residing at 70 Front Street, Nyack, NY, was arrested on June 26, 2015 for DWI, DWI per se and a vehicle and traffic offense. The defendant was arrested after an accident investigation determined the defendant was operating a motor vehicle while in an intoxicated condition and in excess of .08 B.A.C. The defendant suffered minor injuries after losing control of his vehicle and striking a tree while travelling westbound on Willow Grove Road. The defendant was arrested and is currently being processed. He will be released on several traffic tickets returnable at the Stony Point Justice Court on July 21, 2015 at 1:30 p.m.

ASSAULT
A Stony Point resident was arrested on June 27, 2015 for assault in the second degree following an investigation into a domestic dispute. It is alleged the defendant did strike his ex-wife with a trash can during a domestic dispute injuring her foot.

GRAND LARCENY & CRIMINAL POSSESSION OF STOLEN PROPERTY
Michael J. Monroe, age 38, residing at 39 High Street, Garnerville, NY, was arrested on June 26, 2015 for grand larceny in the fourth degree (felony) and criminal possession of stolen property in the fourth degree (felony). The defendant was arrested following an investigation by the Stony Point Police Detective Bureau into a larceny complaint filed on April 29, 2015. It is alleged the defendant did possess and utilize the victims’ debit card without permission or authority at several locations within Rockland. The defendant was arrested, processed, arraigned and remanded to the Rockland County Correctional Facility due to having two prior felony convictions on his criminal record. The defendant is due back in the Stony Point Justice Court on July 1, 2015 at 10 a.m. The investigation is continuing and additional charges are expected.

AGGRAVATED UNLICENSED OPERATION
Marlon M. Dominguez, age 24, residing at 9 Fairmount Ave., Haverstraw, NY, was arrested on June 6, 2015 for aggravated unlicensed operation in the second degree. The defendant was arrested after a traffic accident and subsequent investigation revealed an active Bench Warrant out of the Rockland County Sheriff’s Office for stated charge. The defendant was arrested, processed and turned over to the Rockland County Sheriff’s Department to answer stated charge.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT & RESISTING ARREST
Shawn Deloatch, age 28, residing at 43 West Railroad Ave, Garnerville, NY, was arrested on May 30, 2015 for disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. The defendant was arrested after he was turned over by the Town of Haverstraw PD on an active Bench Warrant out of the Town of Stony Point for stated charges. The defendant was arrested, processed arraigned and released. He was due back in court on June 18, 2015 at 1:30 p.m.
