The Historical Society of Rockland County is pleased to announce the 2016 Annual Dinner, to be held on Sunday, March 6, 2016, at The View on the Hudson in Piermont. The dinner will feature a cocktail hour, silent auction, special entertainment by the AAFHA Squadronaires USO Troupe and the presentations of awards to:
- Marianne B. Leese, Senior Historian, HSRC, Lifetime Service Award
- Joseph P. Gordon, Community Service Award
- David Lipman, Living Landmark Award
Two of the honorees — Joe Gordon of Haverstraw and David Lipman of Spring Valley — are lifelong Rockland County residents, as well as veterans of World War II.
