On May 14 and 15 the Schooner America, a 139 foot replica of the vessel that started the America’s Cup, will be stopping off in Haverstraw Marina.
The schooner “America” will be here as part of the America’s Cup Tour. The yacht is a painstaking replica of the original “America,” which in 1851 stunned the world by winning the legendary sailing race around the Isle of Wight and won the trophy that now bears her name, the America’s Cup!
