The Town of Clarkstown recently held their annual Police Awards ceremony. Town officials and District Attorney Tom Zugibe were on hand to present “Officer of the Year” to Thomas Flanagan.

2At the same event the town officially retired 10-year-old “King,” one of the department’s canine officers.
