Kindness is contagious for district-based Link Elementary students

Rockland BOCES students participating in the District-Based Therapeutic Support program at Clarkstown’s Link Elementary School shared a message of kindness during a special assembly on May 26.

Link students are encouraged to become better global citizens by taking actions that improve the school community and their families. This year, the BOCES fourth and fifth graders promoted the idea of “random acts of kindness” to their fellow students and staff.

The children worked tirelessly to research “Pay It Forward” ideas, create flyers, design PowerPoint presentations and draft scripts for the event. The message shared by Rockland BOCES students: Kindness is contagious!
