RESPONSE TO LAST WEEK’S OMBUDSMAN ALERT: SIMPLE IDEAS TO CUT BACK ON THE MENACE OF WAYWARD SHOPPING CARTS

To the Editor,

Loose shopping carts in parting lots can damage cars, especially on a windy day. Super markets should have television cameras installed to scan parking lots for security and to quickly locate loose shopping carts. Also, supermarkets should have convenient locations within parking lots for the save return of shopping carts.
