SOURCES: Stony Point’s mad flasher in jail on $25K bond

Sources in Stony Point have informed the Rockland County Times that compulsive flasher and harasser of neighbors, Frank Chillino, has once again exposed and fondled himself in public.

This time the courts hit him with $25,000 in bail, forcing him to spend some time in jail. Following his previous five or so lewdness arrests since 2010 Chillino was allowed to leave court without bail.

Neighbors said Chillino had been in a hospital for a month following a surgery related to diabetes and as soon as he returned home resumed his lewd acts. The Rockland County Times has yet to confirm the exact charges levied against him.

Prior to this week Chillino was most recently arrested for exposing himself on May 30, 2016. He was also arrested on the same charges twice in 2015. Neighbors said Chillino has committed lewd acts and engaged in other antisocial forms of borderline criminal harassment on countless occasions over the span of decades.

UPDATE–  Police have confirmed Chillino was arrested again on public lewdness charges and this time remanded to RC jail. He is due back in court on August 16. His new mug shot is to the right.
