KEYBANK ANNOUNCES HUDSON VALLEY/METRO NY MARKET LEADERSHIP TEAM

KeyBank this week announced its executive leadership team the Hudson Valley/Metro NY Market following the merger of KeyCorp and First Niagara Financial Group.

The new KeyBank executive leadership team includes leaders from both First Niagara and KeyBank, appointed to lead KeyBank’s expanded presence in the Hudson Valley/Metro NY Market.

The leadership team for the Hudson Valley/Metro NY Market includes:

• Joseph Markey, Market President and Commercial Banking Sales Leader

• Steven Hoffman*, Business Banking Sales Leader (Upper Hudson Valley, N.Y., and Fairfield County, Conn.)

• Denise Povolny, Business Banking Sales Leader (Lower Hudson Valley and Eastern Pennsylvania)

• Mike Muldoon, Mortgage Sales Leader

• Irina Damyanidu*, Area Retail Leader – Hudson Valley East

• Jackie Kahrs, Area Retail Leader – Hudson Valley North

• Louis Hoxha*, Area Retail Leader – Rockland County

• Ken Raskin, Area Retail Leader – Metro Fairfield (includes Westchester and Manhattan in New York and Fairfield County, Conn.)

• Denise Slettene, Area Retail Leader – Hudson Valley West

*Indicates First Niagara leader joining KeyBank.

Former Market President and Key Private Bank Market Leader Ruth Mahoney has been named market president for Key’s Capital Region NY Market and is relocating to the Albany, N.Y., area. She will continue lead the Key Private Bank team until a replacement is hired.
