A traveling slip n’ slide that consumes entire downs is due to make a stop in the Village of Nyack next Saturday, August 27.
The Salt Lake City-based attraction known as “Slide the City” is 1,000 feet long and will travel along Nyack village’s downward slope on Main St. between Midland and Franklin Avenue.
It’s not free though. Tickets are between $25 and $69 depending on how long you want to slide the day away (plus $2 tube fee).
The “ultimate slider” package let’s you slide over and over again for three hours. If you order that package now it will cost $40 and $45 if you wait until the day of the event.
